Selling Strategies

Technical sales people have a tendency to explain things in a way that leads to confusion and indecision on the part of the potential non-technical customer. When a person is confused, the buying decision is delayed. At the end of your presentation, if the prospect says, "I want to think it over.", it's time to explain your product or service again, only this time focus on the individual's wants and needs! Avoid technical mumbo jumbo!
