The RealPlayerPlus® has all the bells and whistles, is inexpensive, and many people eventually upgrade.
REMEMBER the name of the file and where you saved it on your computer.
It will take about 30 minutes to get the FREE player using a 56k analog modem. After you finish downloading the player file... shut down ALL APPLICATIONS that are running on your computer... go "off-line" and then "click" on the Real Player file you just downloaded and follow the installation instructions.
